PLC SOFTWARE DESIGN

Crown Control Systems Ltd will design PLC software either stand-alone or as part of a complete electrical service. Our team has vast experience of a variety of PLC systems from vendors such as Modicon, Allen Bradley, Rockwell, Siemens (both S5 and S7), Jetter, Pilz and Klockner Moeller IPC. All software is thoroughly documented to allow third party commissioning if required.

Crown will undertake commissioning at the customer’s site of their own or third party software control systems. The company has particular expertise in commissioning press lines and robotic automation systems.

It is our Company’s policy to actively involve the customer’s maintenance personnel in the project as soon as possible. Once the project has been completed, Crown Control Systems offer a Customer Support Service. A comprehensive training programme provides the customer’s personnel with the skills to maintain the control system effectively and efficiently.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN

Crown Control Systems Ltd can boast many years’ electrical design experience in the automotive and process/packaging industry. A full design service can be provided from initial specification through to final documentation. Unless otherwise requested, all electrical design will be carried out using the highly acclaimed Eplan electrical CAD system.

MECHANICAL DESIGN

Crown’s mechanical design team, utilising advanced 3D CAD and comprehensive project library of mechanical components, enables us to undertake complete projects either in-house or using carefully chosen sub-contract partners.
